60mm Radial Fan To Blower Fan Conversion

I found the conversion originally done, but it wouldn't fit the needs of my specific fan. The fan I used was an old 60mm CPU fan by Antec.

The height of the lower case was incorrect due to the motor I used (the blower wheel hit the lid when assembled), and the blade direction was wrong.
