Pennant Wall Hanging Clips

A very simple wall clip for hanging a pennant or anything light that needs to hang from a rod.
Designed to be used with [Command](http://www.command.com/3M/en_US/command/) strips, but you can certainly just use double side tape.

Designed for a rod with max diameter of 10mm (~3/8"+).
