Full X-Axis Wanhao Duplicator i3 E3D Titan Extruder mount

I loved everything about bliatun's titan mount (which appears to be a remix of a couple of other models together) except that it cost us x-axis space.

By shifting the endstop mount on the grill 5mm and removing the metal clip from the x endstop switch, I found that I could maintain a full 200mm x-axis area.
