k-to-ef-adapter

This thing was made based on the other two authors efforts, who reported that their work is a tight match to those mount standards... see the sources of this remix.

My main intention was to have the correct flange distance. Can be this thing made? I don't know, I don't have a printer.

Next time, I will try to design it in a proper 3D application, based on K-mount standards (has anyone a blueprint for EOS mount?).
