This is a GoProSession mount with an 35° or 40° angle for the Vortex 250 Pro.
Variations regarding the angle should be easy to make, so just leave a note.
I printed this on the Ultimaker 2 And support set to "touching buildplate". But it shoud also work without supports depending on your printer, especially the 40° version.
Top/Bottom thickness should add up to a minimum of 1,5mm to have enough strength for the screws.
