Modified Geared Follow Focus

I've expanded the diameters of the main component's openings each by 3.6mm(to 11.8mm) to allow for small extruded rings of 11mm diameter on the handwheel and the lens counter gear to make direct contact with the 608 bearings. This way, the two M8 bolts can snugly sandwich together the bevel gear, the bearing, and the lens counter gear or handwheel, so the whole assemblies might be more securely held together.
