Mounting plate for E3D hotend.

The E3D hotends that I purchased did not come with a metal plate to mount it on an extruder platform, so I designed this one for my own purposes. It actually fits best on the E3D extruder platform on this same page. The top of the hotend is left exposed so it can fit directly into Greg's extruder. I am using the 3mm version of the E3D hotend.
