CPK molecule, for quad extrusion

I'm developing Blender scripts for processing molecular models for 3D printing. I recently worked out some scripts for splitting up CPK (spacefilling) models into sets of atoms by element type.

This is the first attempt on a Prusa i3 with multimaterial upgrade.
