Parametric Simple Flange

This is a simple flange, inspired by the long-broken hand towel hoop in our powder room. It's exceedingly simple, but I figured I'd make it official by making it a module, adding some parameters, and uploading it here.

For my application, I set the inside hold depth lower than the total height in order to make it a cap. I filled the towel hoop with sand to give it some heft, capped off the ends with a couple of these, and then re-mounted it onto the bracket.
