Folgertech FT5 Extruder Mount

This is an extruder mount for the Folgertech FT5. It is wider so it can accommodate motor connector pass throughs for removing the extruder without disassembling the extruder mount. The wire drag chain mount has been moved to the left so it does not interfere with the bearing mount screws. An integrated belt clamp was added and moved to better align with the drive pulley and eliminate the need for wire ties.
