Creality CR-10 Control Box Stand

* Removed the locator holes on the top of the box as there seems to be a slight variance with gap/spacing of the rubber feet on the control box.

This is still work in progress, I've not even had time to print it myself yet. I know from comments the cables are slightly too short if you intend to print something near the max height.
This will raise the control box by 75mm which should be more than enough, there is also space for a drawer if needed.
