Z-End Adjuster V2

I liked the design but it was a bit short for my application and I didn't liked the slot for the nut, so i filled it in and just used at M4 tap instead and some thread-lock to fasten the bolt. removed the gap that was on the backside since i didn't see any logical reason to have it there

And added make and model on the front-side as a 3D text, just for the fun
