Tried to use MoonCactus' mount for an 8mm rod but the clamp doesn't scale down well. Used an exported STL for the mount and chucked it onto a new clamp. Edit the scad to edit for your dimensions or rotate the mount.

The included STL is for 8mm rod diameter with M4 nut and bolt.
