TronXY Y-Axis Tensioner

This is a tensioner for the y-axis on the TronXY X1. This will also fit any 2040 aluminum extrusion. The goal was to make a very sturdy tensioner that didn't slide or shake while keeping the belt and pulley as rotationally controlled as possible. I borrowed design elements from other tensioners.
