I put my anet A8 into an ivar shelf from IKEA in my storage room and needed some light to work on/with the printer. So I glued an LED strip to the ivar board above the printer, powered by an ATX PSU and made a little casing for a switch hacked out of a broken coffee machine.
Watch out, IKEA changed the thickness of their ivar boards a few years ago from 20mm to 19mm. This was done for the old one. If anybody needs it for the thinner version, I could upload it aswell.
