This is an adapter I've made for a friend that enhances the adjustment options when used with a fixed wall mounted VESA (75mm) compatible arm.
Mounted screen can be now rotated (+/- 7.5 deg). Also the height can be adjusted.

Sharing so maybe someone can find it useful :)
