This is the Octuptarra Battle-Droid (Tri-Droid), manufactured by the Techno Union. They were used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. They were deployed during the Battle of Mygeeto, as seen in Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
