ROBO3D reprapdiscount LCD case custom fit for Robo 3D R1 +Plus

This is a remix of tonyctech's ROBO3D reprapdiscount LCD case custom fit, but it fits with the Robo 3D R1 +plus. It also includes a fixed SD card slot as I found that it was slightly small. There is also text depicting the name of the printer and text on the SD card slot for identification.
