A filament reel roller with adjustable width (ca. 50–90 mm). You need four type 608 ball bearings for the wheels and some glue (UHU hart, Cyanacrylate or UHU Alleskleber).
Depending on the accuracy of your printer you can further reduce the rolling resistance by gently smoothing the treads of the wheels with a square file.
