Sleeve Case for Raspberry Pi B+ With Taz 5 Mount

I combined the base clip section of the spool holder with this wonderful Raspberry Pi case so it would mount on my Taz 5 to hold my OctoPi board.
Changes from original case:
1. I thinned out the top (slotted side). It was needlessly thick and wasted a lot of material printing it.
2. I enlarged the SD slot. Sometimes with over extrusion, the slot was a bit tight for my liking.
3. Added the camera cable slot.
4. Added a channel in the top to allow the camera cable to lay flat and slide in
