V2_arduino case, unten offen

There are 10 kind of people: those that solder their pin headers on top, and those that solder them on the bottom. At ArduinoDay2017, all the Nano's had their pin headers soldered at the bottom.
So here is a redesign of the bottom half with appropriate openings.
