Circular LED strip holder for 3528 LED Strip

I have a desktop lamp with magnifying glass which uses 22 watts T9 circular fluorescent lamp and I want to replace the fluorescent bulb with LED lights. This is a LED light holder that can be used to upgrade the light with economical 3528 LED strip.
