Reverse Bowden for Flying Delta Titan Extruder

I needed a reverse bowden tube to run along with my filament so my Delta would be as small as possible.

BOM:
M5 Countersunk screw, x length
M5 shim, to space the ballbearing and mounting surface.
M5 nut
22mm OD, 8mm ID ball bearing
~11.5mm HDD bearing, i got mine from an old SAMSUNG disk
Bowden tube coupling i forgot the size....

Print the two parts and mate the components, it should be self explaining.
