This is a fan duct to fit a RepRap converted CubePro running a custom Titain/V6 extruder/hotend setup. The duct mounts to the existing fan mounting holes with two 3x6mm allen/hex screws.
You can mirror and mount a second next to it by removing the piece that extends to the far screw. I removed my second extruder as slicers have gotten so much better with supports now days.
