X ends for Prusa for Use With Z Isolator

These are simply Jonas Kuehling's excellent X-ends, modified to have no nut holders, with the intent of being used with a Z isolator piece.
Additionally I have added an M3 bolt holder and nut trap to the motor end for fine tuning the Z height adjustment.
