Octocat, Thick Base

This is a variation of the original [Octocat](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10367) model, but with the “floor” of the model dropped down by about a millimeter and the whole model brought up by the same amount, so it's still sitting on the print bed. This gives the design thicker legs than the original, which can help with bed adhesion and structural integrity, depending on the machine.
