X-UAV Mini Talon Parts v4 - Rear Gear Deck

I added an optionsl screw plate and screw holes to the Rear_Deck_Pivot in case you want to make it completely removable.

The rear deck idea came from a poster on RCGroups as a way to mount an ESC directly under the hatch air vent. Of course you can also mount a GPS puck or RX if that suits your build. I really liked this idea so I came up with my own version which pivots up so you can get to anything below the deck if and when needed. Like my main "Gear Deck" in the v3
