This is an alignment rod to ensure a baffle strike does not occur. Diameter is 0.220in, about 5.5mm, and 5in (127mm) long. It can easily be modified in Cura to the length & diameter you need.
If you print it around 9in-12in, you will have stability issues and it may not come out straight. So print it slow once it gets past the 5in mark or so.
