Anet A8 Smooth Rod Bushing

If your smooth rods have augured out the holes in the acrylic frame you can use this to fix the problem. You need to take the effected frame parts out and clamp them together so the effected holes are aligned. Ream the effected holes out to 10mm (od of the bushing) and press the bushing into the enlarged holes with the flange facing the inner surfaces of the frame. If the inner diameter is too tight to insert the rod you will need to ream it out to 8mm. Use 2 - 8mm locking collars to secure the
