Blind Dog Tactile Aid

I didn't invent this, saw it on a Facebook post but thought it would be helpful to some with pets who can't see well or at all. It is a loop of about 12" (300mm) diameter that projects in front of the dog so when the dog encounters and object, it flexes and lets the dog know something is there.
