Raspberry Pi 3, 2, and B+ case with screw holes

I was really happy with how my print of vinjegaard's case turned out, so I wanted another for another pi 3 I'm using in a different project. This pi 3 is mounted to a piece of wood with a couple of screws though, so I thickened the bottom of vinjegaard's case and added a pair of mounting holes.
