Torture Room - The Rack (for 28mm RPG gaming)

Over at the DMs Craft, Sam the Beachcomber suggested --

Scatter terrain for a torture room:
bench or table with tongs, clamps, knives;
a rack like in Hero Quest;
a iron maiden;
wall section with chains and cuffs;
or pillar with chains and cuffs.

So I created a rack. Here it is. The *actual* model will be a bit taller than the one in the picture AND the ropes and manacles will be a bit b
