6.5" speaker spacer

I needed a spacer for the speakers in my car to clear the power windows, so I designed this unit. The intent was to rivet to the panel using the large diameter holes with the spot face, and screw the speaker to the spacer using the smaller holes.

This was successful for my needs, thought I'd share.

Added a version compatible with a pop-rivet tool.
