Rostock Max v1 (Indiegogo acrylic). A piece made from acrylic broke when it was over-tightened. This is a printable version in-case anyone else does the same thing. I ended up not using this piece because the acrylic parts were strong enough when glued with Super Glue (cyanoacrylate) and clamped.
