1: Print 4 corners and a center section in your choice of colors and materials. PLA may soften if you have hot motors. ABS works well. I'm sure PETG and Nylon would be fine choices as well.
2: Cut 1/16 carbon rods to appropriate lengths. 110mm requires 4x 3.83" for the box, 4x 2.355 for the X.
