Powerseal Impulse Sealer Switch Attachment

Replacement part for Powerseal Impulse Sealer switch gizmo. I couldn't find a replacement anywhere so I made one. The original was a metal piece screwed on top of switch. Over the years fatigued the metal arm and it broke.

I printed in PETG and thickened up the main body of it and made the arm very rigid. A screw in the On/Off assembly presses on the arm to push in switch button.

Not a part everyone needs but when you do it brings a $60 piece of hardware back to life!
