CoreXY Z Axis Top for 8mm lead screw

I used Sketchup to align the top hole with the bottom hole of the Z Axis Bottom.
I created a raised (7mm) cylinder to hold a 608zz bearing (22mm across, 8mm hole) to allow a taller lead screw to pass through.
Added a new file (Z_axis_top_lead screw_M5.stl) which is the same file but with M5 (instead of M4) mounting holes AND with the sockets that hold the Z-axis lead screws opening at both top and bottom. For me, it is easier to be able to push the 6mm rods down, through the this top plate
