XY 08N Mount for A8 Direct e3d v6

This is a remixed part from ffleurey's Direct-drive hinged extruder for E3D/J-Head hot-end (Prusa i3) to allow installation of XY 08N bed level sensor.

My design skills are still a bit crude, but this part functions well.
