Da Vinci Duo 2.0 Chimera Upgrade fixed for Simplify3D

I had problems with other files as well which I will post when I come across them.

I was having problems slicing the original files with Simplify3D. I could generate gcode with Cura, but I don't like the support generated. With Simplify3D you can manually generate support exactly were it needs to be.
