Two variants of a cooler for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus
* "SimpleCooler" is like the standard cooler, just slightly less high - my original one is too close to the build plate and to the things I build
* "CoolingDuct" has an open cooling ring around the hot end of the printer - this improves print quality as it cools down the extruded filament faster than the original cooler. Effects are:
* better top surfaces, less pillowing
* cleaner overhangs
* less stringing
