My take on the Gripper (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2247663)
Intended to be printed... any strong plastic should do, infill to your own liking. Includes handles and a shim plate (shim plate has a hook inside to keep it in place, this allows the grip to be used on thinner material)
This design uses standard M6x20mm stainless socket head bolts and it's meant to be TIGHT against it (will also need to be thread-tapped as the inner holes are 5.5mm on purpose). Suggest using washers between
