Filament Filter and Wire Holder for Creality CR-10

These two parts are intended to solve three problems with the Creality CR-10 3D printer.

1. It provides an enclosure in which one can place a sponge to filter dust off the filament and allow for the application of lubrication oil. The top cap pushes the sponge down so its snug against the filament.
2. It holds the filament far enough from the z-axis screw so that machine oil won't get on the filament and so it won't get snagged.
