I decided to give it a go and create my own. Not bad for my "first" try. My thumbcaps are great because they sit on the inner bearing race and are the whole diameter of the bearing to help protect a little better from debris getting into bearing. Thanks Joel!

This design uses 4 608 style bearings. I used 608 flanged style on the outers for a little more weight.
