Fan duct by Aleks Černeka with integrated bltouch holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2020424)

Added 3 mm spacer by Jim Buchanan for bltouch "clone".

When using with spacer on my bltoch clone, the offset in the retracted condition about +1 mm, in the extended position - 3.62 mm (the offset in the settings of marlin is set equal to -3.62 mm)
