Sagrotan / Dettol Plug for Refill

Thisis a remix from a simple plug. However I found it difficult to remove. So I just added to the model from jojoslf a small handle.

It prints fine with supports.

Instructions:
* Drill a hole in the top center of the bottle (cone drill works well).
* As jojoslf pointed out with the original design, you need to clean out the drilling debris.
* The original bottle will contain some remaining soap. You can wash the bottle repeatingly with small amounts of water.
