PC4-M5 Bowden Coupler (FLSUN Extruder)

The bowden connectors with many chinese clone printers can be a little fragile, and hard to find in a hurry. The bowden coupling by krtektm looked like a great solution but wasn't in the thread size needed for the extruder as supplied with the FLSUN delta which has an M5 thread.
