5DF Spool Adapter with 608 bearing

I've printed a few 5DF spool hubs and so far between strength and speed of printing, the [Small spool support (5 Dollar Filament)](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1596416) has my heart, but I'm using smooth 5/16" rod so a standard 608 bearing is super nice to have, it holds things square (enough) and obviously rolls well.
