Updated OpenSCAD Top Hat

New updated version of thing:118703 for my sister(Merry belated Christmas K... also check out "your" font: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:156052)... now with super smooth rounded edges... Personally I like the old sharp one better, made me feel like a (minature) bond villain.
