Chameleon TPU Lipo Strap 1300~1550mah

Made the Chameleon Lipo Strap easier to attach and easier to print. Offset the top plate insert to move the strap back a little to center the strap on the battery better. This fits Tattu R-Line 1300 to 1550 packs perfectly. This is a thinner strap vs. the other heavy duty TPU straps that I designed. Though thin, it secures the battery fine
