Chinese E3D clone shroud 40mm fan

Hi,

I have Remixed this part using the original as inspiration.

I found that the original was too tight on the cheap V6 that I am using currently.

I also wanted to use a 40mm fan

the screws for the fan do not need nuts on the backside as I designed it so the corners of the main piece overlapped slightly, giving the screw some material to bite into.

I have retained the zip tie slots however I have found that These are not needed. The mount for the part cooler has also been dropped
